First additions to my book for Round #3. A Solar Eclipse. The moon is black watercolor, then a translucent layer of silver ink, and pale blue threadwork glued on top. You can see the ring of glue around the edge because I was too impatient to take a picture, but it should dry clear.

wow! I love the drama in this addition.....a great use of your webby lace in your own book....
I have posted my book off to you as I wanted to miss the postal strike that is due soon, it may take a little longer to get to you this time......

Todays news is that they will definately be striking in 10 days time.....until then it is just small independant strikes around the country :-(
is your book was ready to post ? it seems silly to rush it if it isn't, but if its ready to go it would miss the strike. I will let you know how things go....they may get their pay claim and then there will be no strike.....
It's not ready today, but could be by tomorrow. I'll keep you "posted".
